Home of the Penn State University, State College has plenty of entertainment
to offer people of all ages. With the Allegheny Mountains surrounding the central-Pennsylvanian
city, bike trips and cave tours are popular pastimes. Indian Caverns is a well-known
attraction, featuring 400 years of history in its underground limestone passages
for visitors to see on guided tours. Like many university communities, sporting
events, especially football and basketball, are prominent events and Penn State's

can spend a day at State College's clubs, including two 18-hole university courses
open to the public from May to November. The nearby town of Boalsburg offers

the winter at the Tussey Mountain Winter Resort.
